PSA 10 (Gem Mint).
Definition
The top grade at PSA, the largest card grading company.
A PSA 10 has virtually no flaws under magnification. Many pack platforms run PSA 10-only packs, and a PSA 10 of a popular card carries a large premium over a PSA 9. BGS and CGC have their own 10s, plus Pristine and Black Label grades.
