Reading a pull rate table
Find the bands
Each row is a value range with a probability. The rows should add to 100%.
Watch the top band
The chase tier is usually under 5% and spans a huge range. It drives the headline max pull, not your typical result.
Pull rate questions
What are pull rates in pack ripping?
Pull rates are the odds of landing each value tier or card in a pack. Most platforms show them as value bands, such as 41.5% for a card worth $1,000 to $2,500.
Which pack ripping sites publish pull rates?
Arena Club publishes full checklists with odds, Rips by Triumph shows estimated payout odds for each pack style, Packz shows odds before you rip, Courtyard shows live odds, and Phygitals uses provably fair onchain draws.
Do pull rates change?
Yes. Several platforms note that odds are calculated in real time as inventory changes, so the odds at the moment you buy are the ones that count.
How do I turn pull rates into expected value?
Multiply each band's value by its probability and add them up. The EV calculator does this for you.
Rip responsibly
Pulls are random and a card can be worth far less than the pack. Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
