Pull rate.
Definition
How often a given card or tier comes out of a pack, usually expressed as a percentage or 1-in-N.
Pull rate and odds mean the same thing in practice. A 0.5% Legendary tier has a pull rate of 1 in 200 packs. Over 200 rips you'd expect one on average, but streaks in both directions are normal.
