Glossary
Repack.
Definition
A pack assembled by a seller from individual cards rather than sealed by the manufacturer.
Repacks have existed in card shops for decades. Online pack ripping is essentially a repack business: the operator buys singles, usually graded, and sells randomized access to them.
The key questions for any repack are the same: what's in the pool, what are the odds of each tier, and who sets the values. Collectibles.com even calls its product Repackz.

Pulls are random and a card can be worth far less than the pack. Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
